We are very happy with the finished product (replaced roof, installed roof vents, installed gutter guard). On the down side, we got the run around while trying to schedule the roof replacement. I contacted them in summer, and was told I'd have my roof done by fall. They didn't get to it. Contacted them again next spring, but it was still May before the roof was worked on. Once they began, the process was quick - a few days. Some debris was left behind (shingle pieces, nails, bits of plastic), but not too much. They did trample a few plants, but I do have an extensive garden. Overall, I was pleased and would recommend, as long as you don't need the job done immediately.
