I went to a travel agent so I didn't have to do all the work and stress over it, I have spent more time and stress trying to figure out what Ann Has done. I would not recommend this agent to anyone who wants more then 1 call to book and one call to pick up documemts. Anything more seems to be a burden on Ann.
Never answers the phone. After taking your money Ann wants nothing more to do with you. It took nonstop calling and emails and 3-4 days to get her to call me back. She messed up our reservations 3 times and talked me in circles over a price difference. The excuse always is, "I don't know, thats just what fun jet told me.
